CARLOS ORTEGA
Cabinetmaker

In 1997, Carlos Ortega started his education in wood design.
In 1999, he completes the Furniture Making City and Guilds Course at the College of Northeast London. Nominated for a City and Guilds Prize Medal for his final project.
In 2000, he completes the Furniture Design and Making City and Guilds Course at the College of Northeast London.
After a year working as support cabinet-maker in different workshops in London, he decides to enroll the London Metropolitan University.
In 2003 he granted an Erasmus scholarship at Politecnico de Milano University.
In 2004 he graduates BA(Hons) Furniture & Product Design.

His designs have been exhibited at:
